About this deal

The story went that little Remi Ford caused a fuss in kindergarten when she demanded a pink crayon to write her Es because everyone knew Es were pink. It took a few years, but her parents finally got an answer from a specialist. Their daughter’s brain created extra connections, tying colors to things like letters, words, people. nothing says "I love you" like him rejecting you MULTIPLE TIMES and marrying your “best friend” instead for absolutely no good reason 😩😩😍😍😍😍😍

Forever Never - Kindle edition by Score, Lucy. Romance Kindle

Not many authors that I’ve read can capture this level of intensity without it feeling overdone or contrived. You don’t fall for your brother’s high school sweetheart, your boss’s daughter, or your ex-wife’s best friend. Especially when they’re all the same woman." She hopes to someday write from a sailboat, oceanfront condo, or tropical island with reliable Wi-Fi. There is more to the story than just this major connection between two people. There is a woman who needs to escape from an abusive relationship, there are families and their pasts, and the dynamics of parents/husbands and wives. There is so much for every reader. He wanted to devour her. Wanted to bathe in her. He wanted to break her. Again and again, until she was strung so tight he thought she might snap.” His reason? Because he was convinced she was just like his mother, and didn't want the small town life. Now, mind you, he never actually ASKED her what she wanted. He decided FOR her what her life should look like, and brutally, and repeatedly, rejected her for it. He repeatedly chose his own emotional safety over hers, for years. THEN they finally get together, and he dumps her... rejecting her... AGAIN.... because he still won't ask her what she wants with her life. He just assumes she is like his mother. The writing, the main characters, - terrible. Selfish. And the whole “oh Remi you are just the most special girl in the world” and the other female characters hated her for being so special and taking all their shine literally made me want to burn the book. Spare me that bs please.

CHILDREN, like 8 and 10, are discussing their GENDER identity, naming numerous gender terms that are in mainstream media right now and discussing their own while asking Remi what hers is. It felt very much like the A was forcing their opinion on the reader. And of course you have the whole scary villain character and story line Remi is all secretive about. When you don't understand why because there's no way she can handle it on her own. Her moms a cop even! At least tell her what's going on! Not into the romantic partner musical chairs. Yes, there are exceptions once in awhile, but here’s a big ol’ NOPE. Working as a nanny for the world’s grumpiest single dad should have been simple. Except I can’t keep my eyes off him. And he can’t keep his hands off of me. She was lying. He was sure of it. Whatever had put those shadows under her eyes wasn’t guilt over a missed holiday. The book was way too crappy for me to bother listing everything that was wrong with it, so let me just give you some precious quotes that sum it all up: It’s a Lucy Score book, so sex is kind of expected, right. Her other books at least had some depth and feel and moments of LOL and stronger heroines who aren’t lame, practically begging for sex constantly, sex puppies who can’t string a thought together because all she can think about is sex. The only conversations as far as I recall, between the H&H were whole they were having sex.
